Want to Volunteer with StreetCode?
StreetCode relies heavily on volunteers to help us run our programs. The last couple sessions, we had over 60 volunteers coming regularly per quarter, and we'd love for you to be a part of that as well. We are open to anyone regardless of background ages 14+
What do volunteers at StreetCode Do?
We have a diverse and vibrant volunteer community that includes folks who prep and serve to our students, serve as academic tutors,
help to teach our classes, and form valuable relationships as mentors with our students.

Can I help even if I don't know how to code?
Yes! We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds. In our teaching volunteer positions, most of our classes working with kids welcome any mentors passionate about working with youth, regardless of background, and there are many classes that teach non-programming related topics, such as entrepreneurship, computer literacy, and more. In addition, we have other volunteer opportunities that include meal prep and academic tutoring, both of which require no technical background.
Our classes are at 1195 Hamilton Ct, Menlo Park, also known as Facebook's MPK 45
